The present building having been used as a Glass and Alehouse since 1726, The Jolly Coopers has a rich history as a central Public House in Hampton. With landlords Nick and Jane running it since 1986, it really is at the center of the local community.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a fantastic BBQ event at the Jolly Coopers, which was made even better by the live music provided by Nitetrain. The atmosphere was electric, with the warm summer sun shining down on the outdoor beer garden, and the aroma of delicious grilled food wafting through the air.

Tucked away just off the river Thames and a short walk from the center of Hampton, the Jolly Coopers boasts a charming atmosphere that's perfect for a casual night out with friends, cozy date night or a meal with loved ones. With its traditional bar, eclectic selection of beers and ales on hand pumps, supporting independent breweries, a bar billiards table, dartboard and selection of board games it's easy to lose yourself while sipping on a pint of your favorite ale, or enjoying a wine selected from the extensive wine list picked to complement The Squiffy's Restaurant's cuisine.
Once described as a "Tardis" it is the pub that keeps on giving, travel through the traditional bar into the contemporary Squiffy's Restaurant and through to the large patio garden.

Absolutely! We're great fans of our four-legged companions, and we welcome dogs at the Jolly Coopers. You and your furry friend are more than welcome to enjoy the bar and our lovely beer garden. We just ask that your dog resists the temptation to enter the Squiffy's restaurant area out of respect for our dinners.

We had a birthday party in the garden area. The food and the staff are both great Tasty food and good, attentive service. They had arranged everything really well and everyone enjoyed the food. Well recommended

Friendly service, comfortable dining space at the rear of the pub. Great tapas selection - the goats cheese balls were a firm favourite along with the haddock gratin. Lovely rioja to pair.

One of the nicest patio/garden bar pubs in the area, with the added bonus of friendly landlord and staff. So glad to see the Jolly came through Covid alive and well, and judging by the number of reserved tables business is booming. Highly recommended!
